When State Terrorism and Political Identity in Indonesia; Fatally Belonging (2006) was published only in hard copy, many were rightly disappointed because of its high price. Now the paperback edition is out. The warm public reception of the original edition has led its publisher Routledge to include it in the list of 7 titles the Asia-Pacific New-in-Paperback editions in 2007-8, and subsequently one of the two titles from that short list included in as Routledge Paperbacks Direct series. Routledge prides the latter as “the cream of our hardback publishing in a paperback format and price”.
